Terms and Conditions|Quotes, Work and Guarantee

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and include GST. You get a clear written quote before any work starts. If the job turns out to be larger than first seen, we explain why and agree any change with you before doing extra work.

Bookings and access

You agree to give us safe access to the property, the roof space manhole, the sub floor and the outside of the building at the booked time. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change a booking.

Safety

Bait is only placed inside locked, tamper resistant stations and all products are used as their labels direct. Please do not move, open or damage stations, keep children and pets away from them, and tell us if a station is disturbed.

Our 12 month guarantee

Rodent treatments come with our 12 month guarantee. If rats or mice come back during that time, contact us and we come back to deal with it.

• Please contact us as soon as you notice activity so we can check it
• The guarantee does not cover new damage from storms, building work or other trades
• It does not cover gaps you chose not to have sealed

Payment

Payment terms are shown on your written quote. Commercial work may be invoiced on terms agreed in writing.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
